The event is suitable for all abilities, and with time given between each discipline to get changed and ready for the next stage this is the perfect event to do if you are completely new to triathlons.

Trophies are awarded for the top three fundraisers, the three fastest men and the three fastest women. The fastest male and female in each age category (20 or under, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60 and 61+) will also be awarded trophies.

You can enter as a team, but this is not a relay event so all four of you must complete the full course. The best three times from your team will be combined to create your team total. If you are entering as an individual you will be added to a team, so you will still have the chance of winning a team trophy!
